Prospect Fastener Corporation, as the stocking distributor for KMC Stampings, is pleased to announce the addition of a new wiring and tube extruded cushion clamp series. These innovative new clamps are available in hot-dipped galvanized steel, chemically treated G-90 or for additional corrosion resistance, Type 304 annealed stainless steel. This series is manufactured of heavier gauges of steel than normally used. Kickhaefer Manufacturing Company ( KMC) is known as an innovative manufacturer of engineered components. This newest product offering is further evidence of this ingenuity. Designed to secure and route wire, cable, rigid or flexible tubing and hoses, KMC's extruded cushion clamp series is available in hot-dipped galvanized steel, chemically treated G-90 or for additional corrosion resistance, type 304 annealed stainless steel. The clamping diameter is cushioned with a high quality EPDM extrusion formulated to meet or exceed a variety of industry specifications. KMC has built superior quality and strength into the extruded cushioned clamps using heavier gages of steel than normally used. In addition, the COL series offers KMC's characteristic "contoured" configuration clamping diameter engineered to facilitate quick and effortless assembly while assuring proper hole alignment. The lower leg of the clamp has a built-in offset to allow for a flush surface mount. The extruded cushion clamps are ideal for agricultural, automotive, marine, OPE, recreational vehicle and other industrial applications. The EPDM cushion functions well in a wide range of operating temperatures and has good resistance to oil, chemicals, weather and ozone.
